Staff, Cleanliness, beds and shelfs, location and restrobar on site.
Absence of self cooking space. There's only a small microwave and a common mini fridge barely sufficient for anything.

The hostel is large and centrally located. I stayed on the first floor. You can only access that floor with your card. It's safer than other hostels. There was a sink in the room. The hostel wasn't very crowded.
Room 117 didn't have a locker. I asked my friend in another room, and she said it was there. The showers on the first floor were awful. There was no hot water. The showers only worked with a button, spraying water for 30 seconds. I couldn't take a shower. The toilets were clean

The breakfast was good, had a bit of everything.
The room was too hot the whole day.
there was no soap in the toilette. also not towels
we had a bad weather so we wanted to stay in the room, tried to use netflix and didnt work, only youtube with so much publicity even having premium. We followed the instructions but still,tried multiple times. Would be nice at least be able to use the room fully for the price you are paying .

Great location and super close to the parking garage. Free breakfast, lovely bar staff.
There was a guy in my room that puked inside the room right in front of our door in the middle of the night. I think he was drunk. Kept talking in his sleep as well, asking for help??? The receptionist wasn’t too helpful about it, couldn’t find a different room for us or offer any compensation.
