Our stay exceeded expectations in every possible way. Emanuele and Carmen were outstanding hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our visit memorable. Their local knowledge was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations that made exploring Todi seamless and enjoyable.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly captures the charm of the region. It’s equipped with a wide range of amenities, making it feel less like a rental and more like your own private home.
The location is ideal—perfectly positioned for touring Todi while still offering a quiet and relaxing setting away from the crowds. Everything we wanted to see was easily accessible.
Cleanliness was excellent, with the rooms maintained to a very high standard. Combined with the comfort and overall setup of the space, it made for a truly relaxing stay.
What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. Emanuele and Carmen were always available when needed, creating a level of care and attention that is rare to find.

Within the city walls; historic guesthouse conveniently located; thoughtful hosts. Late November and early December proved to be a lovely time to visit with many friendly interactions with locals.

Rustic charm with modern amenities. The space was recently renovated with Umbrian flare.
The parking lot at the bottom was a little tight and the stairs were a little slippery.

The location is perfect in the historic centre and our room had fabulous views across the countryside. The room was spacious and well furnished and the bathroom was really well fitted. Lovely bed linen and Emanuel could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
