The Space:
Step inside your perfect year-round condo at SnowPine Village. In the summer, take advantage of nearby hiking trails, pickleball courts, golf, and the community charcoal grill and covered patio. Mini-split A/C keeps the condo cool and comfortable all summer long.
The condo features a primary bedroom with a king bed, and a spiral staircase leads up to the open loft with a twin-over-twin bunk, a full bed, Roku TV, a Nintendo Classic game console, and comfortable bean bag chairs. The loft is ideal for kids or the young at heart, providing a special hideaway high above the main living area. Tucked in the primary bedroom closet, a standing desk on wheels rolls wherever
you need it, making it easy to stay connected while you're away.
Downstairs, the remodeled bathroom features a modern walk-in shower. The galley kitchen has shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking hearty breakfasts or winding down with dinner after a full day out. There's room for five at the dining table.
Just beyond the kitchen, the living room awaits with a warm, inviting space centered around a gas fireplace and a 65" Roku TV. Slide open the glass doors to the covered patio, where a loveseat and round table with chairs let you soak in panoramic views of the hills and golf course. It's a great spot to sip your morning coffee, grill up a meal, or relax among the trees.
When winter arrives, enjoy seamless ski-in/ski-out access to the SnowPine and Sunrise lifts right from the village.

Located in SnowPine Village at Holiday Valley, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy all-season resort activities.
Getting Around:
Rideshares are usually available on weekends. During ski season, a shuttle picks up in the parking lot and takes you directly to the Holiday Valley lodge.
Other Things to Note:
🚶 Stairs from parking lot: Steps lead down from the parking lot to the building entrance.
🏠 Stairs to the unit: Additional stairs are required to reach the condo itself.
♿ Mobility note: These stairs may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns.
🔄 Loft access: The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase.
👶 Child safety: The loft may not be suitable for small children.
🚗 Winter driving: A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice.
🅿️ Winter parking limit: Two cars per unit on weekends and select holidays. 2 Guest parking passes are provided in unit.
⛷️ Ski-in/ski-out access is weather dependent and may not be available during warmer months.

Booking and check-in was quite seamless and easy. All digital, all timely. Check-out even easier.
The property is located at the end of the Snow Pine Village, right on the peripheral of Holiday Valley. While not super close to the SnowPine lift, there is access to the Catwalk trail (just outside the door) which runs right down to the base of the lift. Very convenient for getting those fresh tracks!
Overall, the property was nice, but for the price I would definitely NOT rent again.
Here's the plusses and minuses as I see them after just spending the weekend there with my wife and daughter:
(+) Location is great. If you're skiing, you can be on a lift in 2 min or less (assuming there is snow and Catwalk is open)
(+) Property has been updated and done so tastefully - modern and clean just like in the pictures.
(-) Property needs someone to come in and fix things up a bit as it's now showing wear from renting (e.g., I had to fix the shower head as water was spraying all over the place as shower head wasn't tightened down, faucet in kitchen is broken)
(-) This place is SMALL - nice for a couple, or a couple and a child, but there is really no private space other than in the one bedroom. It looks much larger in the pictures, but in reality, it's quite small (think tiny house - probably 600ish sq ft)
(-) The spiral staircase is TINY. Small to the point that we couldn't even carry suitcases up it - we ended up handing it up to someone at the top. Fun for kids, but not super practical for anyone else.
(-) If you plan on cooking anything more than toast, look elsewhere. There are VERY few pots and pans, and the range is really bad - the cook top was either very hot, or pretty much not on (near impossible to make a simple pasta dinner for my family)
(-) Absolutely ZERO in the cupboards - no sugar for coffee, no basic spices - not even salt and pepper!!!
(-) There was no opener for a wine bottle! We brought a nice bottle to have with dinner, but there was no way to open :(
With a little bit of thought, and a price adjustment, this could be a great rental for the right couple/small family - but as it is now, it's overpriced for the value.
