The Crown Penthouse Suite is a newer, beautifully laid out open-concept 2nd-floor penthouse that is part of a duplex located directly above an identical suite. Starting Jan. 1st, 2026, this property can only be rented a min. of a 30 ight stay. The location is fabulous, situated between Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. 1/2 mile to the main light in the village and .7 miles to Holiday Valley. The layout is very comfortable for everyone wanting to be together while sitting by the fireplace with a nice glass of wine, cooking in the kitchen, relaxing at the bar, or having a great meal at the dining room table. In the corner next to the French Doors is a Beautiful Bar with 4 very comfortable stools to enjoy your favorite drink or talk about all the wonderful memories you are creating in Ellicottville. Enjoy the View from the living room windows and watch the skiers glide down Holiday Valley's "Sunrise" slope. The Crown Penthouse Suite has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds that sleep a total of 9. There is the capacity for 2 more guests if you decide to use the Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Please bring your own bedding for the sleeper sofa if you are utilizing it for an added sleeping area. The Crown Master has a Queen size Sleigh Bed. The Crown Comfy Room has a Queen size bed. The Crown Family room has 3 Twin size beds and 1 full-size bed. There are 2 Full-size bathrooms. One is located in the Master Suite and the other just off the Dining Area. Equipped with a Full-size Washer and Dryer for your Convenience. The deck is just out the French doors and has a table that sits 6 and a Weber gas grill as well. There is a large beautiful concrete and stone Fire Pit with 8 Amish-made Adirondack Chairs to enjoy on those cozy nights. Ellicottville is such a very special place whether it be Winter Spring Summer or Fall. We are sure that you will make Beautiful Memories and we are so looking forward to you making them while being our guests in the Crown Penthouse Suite. In case there is a power outage this property is equipped with a whole house generator assuring you we are making every effort you will never be without electricity.
The backyard is sizeable and private, giving you lots of room for outdoor fun and games. There is a generously sized fire pit to enjoy all evening ( bring your own wood please ). The backyard and firepit are shared with guests in the Royal Suite below you ( property # 1903647. The entire house can be rented for your larger group ( max. 17 guests ) under property # 2594026, the Crown and Royal house. There is also a shared shed. Your site will fit a couple of bicycles, skis, etc. Please bring a padlock if you would like to lock up your items there. We also have available another 5 bedroom home a couple of hundred feet away for more additional guests yet ( property # 1911504, the Chateau Clark )
The location is fabulous !!!. There is a very calm feel to looking at the country view in the backyard though you are only 1/2 mile to the middle of the village and 3/4 mile to the main lodge at Holiday Valley.
