This detached 19th-century stone house is ideally located 16 km from Le Puy-en-Velay, on the Devès volcanic plateau, the prime growing region for the famous Puy green lentil (AOP).
A small enclosed garden with children's play equipment and a sunny garden lounge area is at your disposal.
Nearby: numerous hiking trails and the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago) are within easy reach. Le Puy-en-Velay is 16 km away (Romanesque cathedral, cloister, old town, museums, St. Michael's Rock, Notre Dame de France statue, etc.). Lake Bouchet is also 16 km away, and Le Vernet is 5 km away (fitness trail, orienteering course, and numerous outdoor play areas for children).
All shops and services are a 5-minute walk from the cottage. On the ground floor, a pleasant and bright fitted kitchen, with a relaxation area, combines the charm of exposed wooden beams with modern and functional amenities.
