ENI Two-Bedroom Apartment 4 (Eni)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 25minutes walking distance from town centerand in 15minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 65m2 and balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Parking space is available in the courtyard or near the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

The apartment is clean and the environment is nice & quite. The communication with the host is good. She let us check in earlier & welcomed by her mom. The parking is right in front of the apartment.

Das Apartment ist stadtnah und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind auch in der nähe. Apartment ist modern eingerichtet.

Excellent apartment with a great location. We were travelling with a child and we had everything needed in a walk distance: 1min to a big playground, 10min to a beach, 15min to Rovinj old center. Furniture and decoration are pretty new, beds were comfort in both bedrooms. There is an outside terrace with a place for dinner and clothes drying. Calm neighbourhood with polite and lovely people. Our host was great and she was waiting at the apartment already
