About this cottage rental
GITE DE LA POULARDIERE. The countryside is 55 minutes from PARIS-MONTPARNASSE, and the 24-hour train is 20 minutes away. 7 km north of LE MANS, 1.2 km from LA BAZOGE (all shops and lake), 5 km from the AUCHAN shopping area and the PARIS-NANTES-RENNES-ROUEN-TOURS-BORDEAUX motorway toll booth. This old farmhouse, completely renovated in 2012 by an architect, offers 169 m² of living space including parking and a terrace, independent access, and a rural setting.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, 1 bedroom with access + access shower room, equipped kitchen, TV, internet, and toilet. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and private shower room and toilet, 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom and a private shower room), exposed beams. Electric heating (€15/day, from October 1st to May 15th) is an additional charge, payable on site if not purchased at the time of booking. Sheets included, beds made. Cleaning charge €80 extra. Private terrace with garden tables and chairs. Barbecue. Open shed available.

The house is in a very quiet place, of course you need the car or bicycle to get to nearly shops, but they are just a couple of minutes distance. There are plenty of rooms, 5 showers and 3 toilets. The upper floor was a bit warm during night, but it was a very hot week. In general we are very satisfied and we will book there again in case of a new trip to that area.
