About this cottage rental
Located 250 meters from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and the Arnage corner, 5 km from the Bugatti circuit, and 2.5 km from all shops in Moncé-en-Belin, this comfortable, detached cottage is nestled in a peaceful, green setting and sleeps 6.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a dining area. Amenities include a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a refrigerator, a dishwasher (bring your own coffee pods), a filter coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a raclette grill, a fondue set, a blender, a pressure cooker, an induction hob, a hand towel, and a dish towel.
A hairdryer is also provided. Other games and cards are available.
The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a dressing room, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, two attic bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and toilet... bathroom rug, two single beds (70cm) and two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together.
Landing with a small lounge area, ideal for children. House approximately 90 m².
