The place is excellent however the view from hotel is not as mentioned . Found the support from staff to be quite less at check in . Time out for check out is 10 am and check in 3 pm which needs to be better in my view

overall everything was ok. location is superb and near train station and vaporetto station. Price point is very high. Venice is a very expensive city in general though.
