Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, gute Lage. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, dennoch sehr geschmackvoll. Nette Dachterrasse. Es gab einen Kaffeevollautomaten und eine Dose mit Kaffeebohnen, das hat uns gefreut.
Kleinigkeiten - z. B. gute Küchenmesser und ein bisschen Kleinputzzeug [Lappen, Kehrschaufel/-Besen...] haben wir vermisst.

die Badewanne hat schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, dazu war noch altes klebriges Duschmittel an den Badamaturen
Die Teppiche waren beide sehr dreckig mit Flecken

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with double bed in master bedroom and foldable sofa in the living room.
We stayed 10 nights and there were 4 of us.
We were on the 4th floor and the building had a lift.
10 minute level walk to main train station and a further 5 minute level walk to Town Centre.
Check-in and checkout was easy - the managing agent’s office was half way between train station and apartment. They were very helpful and gave us everything we asked for.
The apartment had everything and there was a washing machine and satchels provided.
Supermarket located 5 minute away in parallel street.
Minor road and tram noise from next street. Closed windows at night solved that.

The internet was not working the whole time! We tried calling the owner multiple times and left voice messages but no responce followed and no problem solved!
