This completely newly renovated and equipped 2-room apartment is located in a quiet side street in the Nonnenstraße district, an absolute top residential area in Leipzig. You live right between the pulsating lifelines of the west and south-west of Leipzig, Karl-Heine-Strasse and Könneritzstrasse (the Leipziger Kö!) with their diverse offerings of off- and high culture (Lofft, Theater der Junge Welt, Muko, Schaubühne, Westwerk, Spinnerei, Schauburg, Cineding), with culinary delights from all over the world, trendy shops and colorful nightlife. At the same time, Clara Zetkin Park, just a two-minute walk away, offers peace and relaxation as well as play and sports opportunities. The Clarapark, connected to the alluvial forests of the White Elster as well as the Elster and Pleiße, runs through the city as a closed green belt from the Auensee in the north-west to the Cospudenersee and the Leipzig Neuseenland in the south and invites you to go for walks, hikes, runs and bike rides. Several boat rental companies and boat tour providers enable you to explore Leipzig's water city with its canals and flood basins and thus the city from a completely new perspective.
The famous Leipzig city center with St. Thomas and St. Nicholas Church, Gewandhaus and Alma Mater, Auerbach's Cellar and historic shopping arcades can be reached on foot through the park in 15 minutes or in five minutes using rental bikes available on Könneritzstrasse (Next-Bike).The RB Arena, the stadium of the Bundesliga soccer team RB Leipzig, and the Arena Leipzig, the hall in which the handball Bundesliga team DHfK Leipzig plays its home games, are 20 to 25 minutes away on foot and around ten minutes by tram.
It is a two-minute walk to the tram stops Holbeinstrasse (lines 1 and 2) on Könneritzstrasse and Alte Strasse (line 14) on Karl-Heine-Strasse. Rental bikes (Next-Bike) are available at the Holbeinstrasse tram stop. If you arrive by car, you can use our car park free of charge, which is approx. 200 meters away from the apartment.
The apartment has WiFi and an internet connection with 1,000 Mbit/s. The rest of the equipment leaves nothing to be desired.In the bedroom there is a 180 cm wide double bed, a 43" flat screen TV with HbbTV (media libraries), a large wardrobe and a large chest of drawers as well as - if desired - a baby bed. In the closed living room (no connecting room) there is a wide sofa that can be used with can be converted into another comfortable 160 cm wide double bed with a handle, a dining table for four people, a 55" flat screen TV with HbbTV (media libraries), a desk and a large chest of drawers. A spacious balcony leads off from the living room, where four people can comfortably have breakfast together at the balcony table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle as well as a generous amount of dishes and cookware.The small but stylish bathroom with walk-in shower invites you to relax. In the hallway you will find a coat rack and, if necessary, a cupboard with cleaning utensils (duster, mop, bucket, broom and shovel). We will do the final cleaning. Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, emergency toothbrush set and a clothes horse are available; as well as basic kitchen equipment (coffee, tea, cocoa, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing brush, dishcloths, drying cloths, dishwasher and washing machine pads) for the first few days.
Note: When selecting the number of people in the booking process, a child under two years of age sleeping in a baby bed should not be taken into account!

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, liegt leicht erreichbar an 2 Straßenbahnlinien, die unmittelbar ins Stadtzentrum fahren. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befindet sich eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und ein Kiosk. Von den Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind es vermutlich ca. 5 Min. bis zur Wohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Völlig problemlos die Schlüsselübergabe und die freundliche Einweisung. Diese Ferienwohnung ist in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
