Was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to get away from the busy downtown Newport Beach area. Just a quick bike ride away from all of the activities.

You are in an oceanfront property (in the back unit, facing the one-way street), and the windows over the loft bedroom allow you to hear the waves crashing as you go to sleep. Loved that.
All the joy of the beach in Newport without the chaos (and traffic) of going out on the peninsula.
One observation: lots of stairs (to the upstairs unit and to the loft bedroom), and they are funky, narrow stairs. It wasn't a problem for us. Tower 17 (the property manager) was very responsive. We had a great week!

Great location. Great town. Ocean is just a few steps away. If you are traveling solo and not looking to spend much time sitting inside this is a great spot.
