Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 100 m. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung gute Aufteilung. Waren schon im Vorjahr dort daher wussten wir dass im Schlafzimmer keinerlei Schlafdecken vorhanden sind. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Swimmingpool.

In unserer Reisezeit wurden umfangreiche Gartenarbeiten 14 Tage lang ausgeführt die mit erheblicher Lärmbelästigung einhergingen. Dies überlagert naturgem. den positiven Eindruck des Appartments und der Aussenanlagen. Schlechter Service der beauftragten Agentur zur Schlüsselübergabe kam noch hinzu. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe in der Agentur bekamen wir lediglich eine Skizze über die Lage und den Standoft des Appartments in die Hand gedrückt.Da das App. über keinen Stellplatz verfügt mussten wir unser Gepäck durch die ganze Anlage tragen. Einen Hinweis dass man mit dem Schlüssel das Garagentor öffnen und zum Ausladen in die Anlage fahren konnte erhielten wir nicht. Ebensowenig dass sowohl an der Spül wie Waschmaschine das Wassere abgedreht war und die Geräte erst nach Suchen der entsprechenden Leitungen in Betrieb genommen werden konnten. Eine Reaktion seitens Interchalet auf meine Beanstandungen steht auch nach einer Woche noch aus. Von einem guten Reiseanbieter erwarte ich, dass er seinen Kunden informiert wenn anfallende Arbeiten mit erheblicher Lärmbelastung über 14 Tage erfolgen. Von Interchalet erfolgte hierzu nichts.Schade dass dies die schöne Anlage und das App.überlagert Reisetipps: Haben zwei mal in Laveno mit der Fähre übergesetzt und so bequem den Lago mit dem Auto umrundet. Schöne und urige Sesselbahn ebenfalls in Laveno. Empfehlenwert die Eremo di s.Caterina del Sasso. Gutes Essen im Restaurant Andreas direkt am See
