About this apartment rental
Apartment located on the ground floor with the possibility of accessing the common garden equipped with gazebo, chairs, tables, deck chairs and games for children.
Large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, spacious bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom. The apartment is located in the Carciano district, 50 meters from a supermarket, restaurant and bar. At 600 meters there is the Lido with restaurant-bar, the departures of the boats to the Borromean Islands and the cable car to the Mottarone.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
spacious room with double bed, large wardrobe and single bed (possibility of adding a second single bed), bathroom with tub / shower, modern well-equipped kitchen complete with dishes, pots and fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, american coffee machine.
Anteroom with washing machine, large living room with dining area and two-seater sofa bed.
Iron, TV, free wifi, possibility to request a baby bed and high chair.
It is possible to access the common garden, equipped to spend relaxing moments and for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
A beautiful lush garden (especially in spring) is also for the use of our guests. The garden is equipped with a gazebo, tables, chairs and sun loungers, as well as games for the little ones such as a small house and a slide. The use of the barbecue to organize barbecues may be required.

This property was excellent. Good location to the town only 15 mins walk. As the property is up slightly from the main road it takes a few minutes longer on the way back. However as we were attending a wedding and my wife was wearing high heels the host kindly ran us into town. The weather during our stay was very hot however our accommodation remained cool. Overall we would recommend this property to stay in and if for longer stays the kitchen is well equipped.

L appartement est vaste , bien équipé et d une propreté irréprochable.D autre part, il est très bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pieds ( pour prendre le bateau, le train, faire les courses..)

De woning is op de begane grond en vanuit de keuken kan je het meer zien. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en was bij aankomst schoon. De locatie is erg goed. Zo ben je in 10 minuten bij het meer en vanaf daar kan je met de boot naar de 3 eilanden.
