EVERYTHING! Talk about bang for your buck!! It was great to find a hotel in the Seattle area where 4 adults and 3 children could stay and not have it break the bank.
The eggs at breakfast were a little strange--I can't put my finger on it, but the "omelettes" were just weird.
When we went down to the pool and jacuzzi to relax (me, my spouse, and 2 grandchildren), there was 1 adult with 8 children from the same family and they were out of control!! I mean yelling, shrieking, splashing each other, throwing around a nerf football . . . it was extremely intimidating for our grandchildren. I would have complained, but my husband said it was "just kids being kids." I'm surprised no staff member stuck their head in and told them to settle down.

Super clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast served. All staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast spread was really good. There were different varieties and options everyday which I loved.
The location was close to the airport but far from the central city. It was good for my conference location but not great for when I wanted to do sight seeing due to the distance.

The hotel is close to the airport
I booked my stay a long time ago, paid my bill and my reservation is confirmed. However, when I arrive at the reception, the employee tells me that there is no reservation in my name!! What is this nonsense?!!
