The location was not far from the airport and several restaurants within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

We were scheduled to visit for one night, however, due to a medical emergency stayed for 5 nights. The staff could not have been more helpful during this difficult time.

Let's just say that on the first day, we encountered an issue with the cleanliness in the "Wings" section; they moved us to the Tower, which has been renovated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the best things about this hotel are its location and the fact that it offers a shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes, hours.

To begin with, the hygiene leaves much to be desired. I can appreciate that the hotel likely receives thousands of guests every day, and that this massive volume makes all operations very fast-paced; however, that does not excuse a lack of attention to cleanliness—the rooms, for instance, are not vacuumed. Furthermore, the customer service gives the impression that the guests do not matter very much; I cannot recall the name of the staff member who assisted us in the evening, but their conduct was unprofessional.
