Check-in, localização, espaço, conforto, utilidades. Tudo comp nas fotos. Ficamos em 2 pessoas por 14 dias e o apartamento serviu-nos muito bem. Era confortável, suficientemente quente (era inverno), cama confortável e grande, bom chuveiro sempre água quente, tudo funcionava bem. Tanto no quarto quanto na cozinha, tinha todos os utensílios que precisávamos. A localização é incrível, perto de supermercados, restaurantes e transporte público. Com certeza voltaríamos.
Os utensílios da cozinha (talheres, pratos, etc) podiam estar mais limpos. Parece que foram guardados sujos, lavamos tudo antes de usar. A televisão é antiga e muito pequena, não é smart e por isso quase não utilizamos muito. O sofá não era muito confortável também, e já parecia bem gasto. Mas nada que tenha de fato atrapalhado a estadia. A comunicação do check-in foi um pouco confusa no início, não confirmavam se o apartamento estaria mesmo pronto às 16h (expliquei que chegaríamos bem cedo). Na mensagem do booking, enviaram instruções de Check-in sem imagens e com o pin antigo (para pegar as chaves), e precisei enviar uma mensagem por WhatsApp, onde enviaram um PDF mais completo e uma mensagem com o pin correto. Mas foi tudo a tempo, conseguimos entrar sem problema e o atendimento foi educado.

Man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen oder mit der Tram fahren. Gepflegte Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, aber es fehlen einige Gewürze. Auch das bereitstellen der Kaffeemaschine ist nett, aber hierfür hatten auch Kaffeefilter gefehlt. Solche Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden.

The bed was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was big.
Upon our arrival we did not receive any check in instructions. The owner of this flat was not prepared and took 10 minutes to actually share how we could enter the flat.
The floor was very dusty and dirty, we could only walk there with shoes as the socks got dirty already after the first steps.
The bathroom had still many dark hairs lying around.
Lastly the edges of the stove in the kitchen were very dirty with remainders from previous cooking.
