Location and large space
Very noisy, not from the nightlife, but from the morning activities from as early as 6am. Rooms do not have blackout curtains and rooms are bright from 6.30am.

We had a great stay at Stefan and Carolin's place. The flat is small but has everything you need. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town, with a few very nice cafés just a few minutes away.
The communication with the owners and collecting the keys was very easy. I would definitely recommend it to other visitors.

Superb location, well equipped and cozy apartment, easy procedure of checking in (getting the key). Painted facade helps to locate the building easily. Good restaurant near (Fuego).
It was cold inside sometimes. When we arrived the windows were open, so it was pretty cold. We closed them and turned on the heating, so already at the morning the temperature was okay, and at the evening too. But the last evening heating was not working at all, so it was cold again. So good there were extra blankets.
