Very comfortable and clean room. It's near the station Porta Nuova and there are lots of restaurants to enjoy the incredible Italian gastronomy. I loved the detail of having treats for the tea and coffee 😄

Clean, amazing location as it is very close to Torino porta nouva, the staff was very kind, and they had a hand held bidet. They also allowed us to drop our luggage off. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The hand held bidet was leaky, as soon as you turn it on the floor gets soaked. The window let in an insane amount of noise all throughout the night (even though it was closed), as it overlooks a street, and the walls are thin so you can hear everything outside in the hallway too.
