Beautiful large room, great central location, very kind staff. Breakfast buffet had a good choice. Large bed, good toiletries provided, room well equipped in ironing items, coffee maker, and so on.
Despite hotel being overall great it is little run down. Also the room was clean but not spotless- plenty of dust on the shower heads, dirt at the bottom of the shower door closure, dirt on wall tiles. I would say the mattress was little too firm for my liking but bed was spacious. Biggest complaint that air-con was not working. There’s quite a bit of noise and building shaking as there is a tram running just outside of the hotel.
