The location is excellent. The space is good.
Check in was very difficult. No check in information had been sent to me, all Booking.com indicated was that we would be met. I contacted Frederick via WhatsApp as I’m deaf and can’t call. The reply was blunt and said ‘Watch the video and read the PDF’. Very unhelpful - eventually Fredrick sent the check in details on WhatsApp about an hour before we arrived.
The sofa bed in bedroom two, had no support and didn’t smell freshly laundered. Plastic potted plants were covered in dust and added nothing. In the bathroom the soap dispenser was empty. Crockery was chipped, mugs and bowls, not hygienic.
It all felt as though the owner no longer cared.
