Perfekte Lage, top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Ungewöhnlich, aber durchdacht eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber.

La posizione, ottima e veramente centrale. La casa è grande.
L’appartamento è ricavato da un ex negozio e ha come unica finestra un vasistas, quindi risulta un po’ poco arieggiato. I condizionatori sono piuttosto vecchi e avrebbero bisogno di più manutenzione. La pulizia non è il massimo, soprattutto in alcune zone: ad esempio la parte della vetrina era piuttosto polverosa. Nel complesso l’ambiente dà una sensazione di chiuso e si percepisce un po’ di umidità.
