Centrally located in a beautiful old rural town near to historic sites surrounded by attractive countryside just by all the outdoor activities on Rutland Water. Good for cycling and walking. With the train and buses Oakham is well connected. We didn't use the car all week which was parked on the site,

Clean, well decorated, beautifully presented, had everything required. In a good position in Oakham, and was very quiet.
Outside staircase could be tricky for people with poor mobility

location, comfy bed.
Apartment cold on arrival & couldn't get heating working. There was no milk & coffee there as stated in e-mail.
These issues were sorted out after a couple of phone calls to the owner.
