Flochouët is a recently built 90 m² house in Trélivan, just 5 km from Dinan, ideally located for exploring the Breton countryside and the Emerald Coast. The house comprises a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, bedroom with double bed 180 x 200, bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed, bathroom with bath, separate WC. Large terrace and enclosed garden. Outdoor parking for 2 cars. Sheets and towels not provided.

On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large furnished living room with:
- Sitting area with sofa bed, coffee table, TV
- Dining area with a large family table for 6 people
- Kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
- 2 separate WCs
First floor:
- Bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm, TV.
- Bedroom with single bed (90 x 190 cm) and pull-out bed (90 x 190 cm), sleeps three. Ideal for children.
- Bright bathroom with bath and washbasin.
- WC
Outside area :
- Attractive 24 m² terrace with dining table.
- Two outdoor parking spaces
Nearby amenities:
- You will find all the local shops in the village of Trélivan: baker, butcher, small casino, hairdresser, nurses, beauty salon...
- At the entrance to Dinan, there is an E Leclerc shopping centre.
- Numerous restaurants within 5 km of the house.

Maison agréable et lumineuse. Cuisine bien équipée (four, four à micro ondes, lave vaisselle, ...).
Chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangement. Salle de bain correcte (espaces de rangement, douche et baignoire).
Belle terrasse bien exposée.
Petites suggestions: mettre un bbq à disposition. La wifi est manquante car la 4G ne fonctionne pas très bien dans la maison.
