The carpets were worn and no mirror in primary bathroom.

Location, number of bedrooms and beds was good for a family.

Only having one key was a little awkward- noting there is a Kay safe, it was difficult to put the keys back downstairs once children were in bed.
A washing machine would make the property much more family friendly.
There is no freezer compartment in the fridge.
