Positiv:
Die Ferienwohnung war super – modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben oder sogar besser. Besonders toll war die Nähe zur Veranstaltungslocation – das hat den Aufenthalt unglaublich angenehm gemacht. Die ruhige Lage und der unkomplizierte Check-in haben das Ganze abgerundet. Ein großes Plus: Wir durften am Abreisetag erst um 14 Uhr statt wie üblich um 10 Uhr auschecken – sehr entgegenkommend und stressfrei!

The flat is generous in size. Although there were only the two of us, it could have easily accommodated a family of five. The open plan design of the living, dining and kitchen area is appealing, modern and bright. The owner resides in the same building and was easily accessible for queries. The in-person key handover was seamless. The flat is situated in an industrial area, but we did not consider this a hinderance, and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Cologne and surrounding areas at the end of the day. A car would however be advisable to get to places, although there are bus stops at easily walkable distances.
Although the flat is on the first floor, we would have preferred for the balcony doors to be lockable. In fairness, we did not ask for keys, and I am confident it would have been addressed. Being able to park on the property compound would have been great, but overall there is public parking available nearby. The owner assured us that guest can usually park on the compound, but this was not available on this occasion.
