Sehr gute Lage, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, gutes Badezimmer mit großem Fenster
Zu wenig Handtücher für eine Wohnung ohne Waschmaschine.
98 Stufen sind eine Herausforderung, wenn man sie dreimal täglich gehen muss.
Bett in einer Dachgaube ist nur gebückt zugänglich (Gefahr, sich den Kopf zu stoßen),
Sehr hoher Preis für wenig Komfort (vermutlich durch Zwischenhändler noch nach oben getrieben)

Emplacement idéal. Propreté et équipement parfait. Salle de bain au top et douche super. Bien décoré. Café Nespresso et des dosettes nous attendaient. wifi à disposition.
L'alcove pour dormir est très cosy, mais très basse et il faut donc faire très attention à ne pas se cogner aux poutres. les toutes petites fenêtres dans le coin couchage ne permettent pas d'avoir une obscurité le matin. Attention, 5ème étage sans ascenseur, mais nous sommes sportifs.

The property was very well appointed and in an excellent location for dining or self-catering.
2 things to highlight - which, to be fair, are mentioned in the property description, but you need to dig in to the detail and photos to realise. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so is quite an upstairs hike if you have heavy bags, as there is no lift. Also to access the bed, you have to bend down quite low under a beam and then there is access from one side of the bed only. The bed was comfortable though.
Also, Apple Maps and Google Maps both kept taking us to the wrong location for the apartment and to park in front of the apartment you have to enter in to a public car park that is opposite the Galaries Lafayette.
