Kettle was filthy, had water and bits floating inside and full of limescale so didn’t use.
Hot water was a massive issue, only had warm water throughout our stay and the shower in the morning lasted all of around 2 minutes before it went freezing cold and you’d had to wait around half hour to get more warm water so only one of us managed to have a shower for the price we paid we would of expected to have a decent working shower.
We’ve stayed in many places like this and never had any issues with hot water wasn’t advised by host there was an issue with this and everything was switched on as the host was at the property when we arrived.
Heating wasn’t great and took a very long time to feel warm, there was a booster button but didn’t seem to do anything. We had it on boost for an extra hour and radiators still felt cold.
Glasses in the cupboard were also dirty so had to rewash them before we could leave.
