In Chateaurenard in Provence, 10 km from Avignon, 10 km from Saint Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles, 20 km from Cavaillon at the gates of Lubéron and 30 km from Arles at the gates of the Camargue, comfortable family home with enclosed garden, covered terrace, swimming pool and garage. The house has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 to 10 people, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, a large dining room adjoining 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the covered terrace. The house is located on the heights of Chateaurenard near a sports course and the pine forest

This is a really gorgeous French holiday house. It has the feeling of being a much loved family home and both the setting and the decor are nicer than they look in the photos! The kitchen is simple but very well equipped and ideally situated right next to the large outdoor table. There is also plenty of indoor space should the weather be less good - it was sunny all week for our September stay. The ping pong table and pool are both very high quality. We've stayed in a LOT of French villas, and this one rated very highly with all of us! The owner Jean-Marc was extremely nice, and even drove us to the local supermarket for our first day's shopping! We opted to stay without a car, which suited us (taxis from Avignon TGV station) but be aware that the walk into Chateaurenard, although very scenic (through the forest) is 25 minutes. Its a lovely spot - very quiet and residential, so would not suit anyone looking for lively nightlife or who wanted to have loud parties! We would love to come back, and thank you very much to Jean-Marc for being so helpful!

Great house, spacious, large swimming pool. Don’t expect a modern interior, but that adds to its charm.
Very well positioned in the region with lots of day trips within 30 min.
Owners are super helpful and responsive; they do not intrude your privacy and the house and swimming pool are truly yours!
