About this villa rental
Sumptuous villa in a flowered and wooded garden of 3000 m2. Relax according to your preferences in the shade of a tree (there are more than 50) or on the sunny terrace. You will be seduced by the original decoration, the pool house equipped with a bar and a summer kitchen, the 100 m2 heated swimming pool with lanes and terraces. The super-equipped kitchen will satisfy gourmets. You will choose your place of meal according to the sunshine: on the terrace, sheltered from the canisses, in the pool house or inside. To furnish your leisure: library, television, HIFI, pétanque, table tennis, snooker and table football are at your disposal. If you enjoy a cold drink, take advantage of the three refrigerators and the ice maker. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a whirlpool and a walk-in shower. The two upstairs bedrooms have a bathroom. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a sink. The attached photos are non-contractual, furniture and vegetation may change.

Great house, a little dated though, in a quiet environment. But to go Nîmes or to the south ( Camargue, coast ) you have to drive trough the city and this takes quite some time.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa en avril 2021. La maison est idéalement située, à 5 min de Nïmes, sur les hauteurs dans un environnement au calme, sans vis-à-vis. Parmi les points forts : un grand barbecue à l'intérieur, une vaste terrasse bien orientée qui donne sur un joli jardin. Nous avons apprécié à notre arrivée le panier de fruits et de produits locaux à notre disposition. A regretter toutefois que certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur de la description dans l'annonce. La table de ping-pong était trop vétuste pour être utilisée. De plus l'annonce indiquait que la piscine était accessible et chauffée à la demande à partir d'avril. Or le propriétaire nous a d'abord déconseillé de la faire chauffer (ce que nous avons accepté), mais surtout à notre arrivée la piscine était vide et en travaux. Le décor n'était donc pas le même... Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région.
