The setting was truly beautiful and from the minute we were welcomed by the host we knew it was perfect. Everything you could need for your stay and very homely and comfortable. From the beams to the wooden floors and wood burner the barn has been lovingly restored and could not be faulted. Set in a glorious location and so relaxing.

A beautiful property. Well maintained, clean, comfortable with all the conveniences of home. The owner was very welcoming and was on hand for support if needed. The log fire was lit for our arrival which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

The style of the property, size also good for the four of us.
Bathrooms were also good. Beds comfortable.
The owner was lovely and welcoming, but we did feel a little uncomfortable that its so close to owners.
We could hear them so we were worried we would disturb them.

This experience was like stepping into a Christmas movie scene. The barn is incredibly well designed, decorated and furnished. We loved the log fire, the giant bath with skylight view, the balcony, kitchen, range oven & beautiful dining table, comfortable beds and sofas… it was so so special!
This isn’t a fault as such, just that the property was SO clean I was sensitive to detergents/strong washing powders etc (rest of family were fine so this is more about my own sensitivities!)
