Excellent location with stunning views. Very clean and very well appointed.
Only issue was coming out of the wet room could be a bit slippery.

The whole place is really nice ,good size rooms,excellent veiws,good location,really couldn't of asked for more,lovely little touches when we arrived ie,milk prosecco,Welsh cakes ,utility room for boots and the dog nice enclosed garden .

Very much appreciated the comfortable, cozy house with amazing views. The house was a bungalow with parking at the door and a lovely conservatory. 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with super king size and 1 double. Washing machine and dryer were certainly an asset during the wet weather. Access via a very narrow lane which was manageable after a few days of travelling. Loved to see the sheep and lambs behind and in front of the house as well as the bird life in the valley. Alison was on hand to answer any questions and we appreciated the cleaning of the cottage half way through our holiday as well as the bottle of wine, milk and apple juice upon arrival. Thank you Alison, we enjoyed our stay.
As we only use a shower and not a bath, the shower proved to be awkward due to its size. However, a definite positive was the use of handrails in the shower.

Very well equipped with everything recently pat tested. Beautiful setting, very cosy and very helpful and friendly owners. Wish our stay was longer.
