Die Lage der Ferienwohnung und der Blick vom Balkon sind phantastisch. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Vorort von Rovinj, die Anfang November fast ausgestorben war. Glücklicherweise hatte um die Ecke der Konsum geöffnet. WIr sind täglich vom Vogelgezwitscher fröhlich und sanft geweckt worden. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und der Vermieter (sowie die nebenan wohnende Schwester) äußerst hilfsbereit.
Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war leider ein Durchgangszimmer. Das 2. Schlafzimmer leider nicht mit Airconditioniong ausgestattet, sondern nur mit Ventilator. Da es nachts schon recht kalt war, haben wir hier eine Heizung vermisst. Ansonsten war alles bestens.

Host was really helpful and welcoming. Apartment was very clean with all necessary utilities.
Next time we would rather opt for room with air condition. Apartment itself is situated on the ground and in the shadow of terrace, which made good, colder climate inside. However, it was not sufficient during 35 degrees C.

Igor is a nice guy and the apartment was nice. a beach is just around the corner with a nice view on Rovinj. excellent price for value. we would come back again.

Best location of Rovigno. Close to everything. Bars, reataurants, beaches, etc.
It was a pleasant experience. The host was helpful and kind.
