The property is located on the 1st floor and comprises of a double and twin bedroom, open-plan living and kitchen area, a family bathroom and en-suite from the master bedroom, both with power showers.
The open-plan kitchen and living area offers a comfortable sofa with chez long, coffee table, flat screen HD SmartTV, a dining table and chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking facilities.
The bathrooms are incredibly modern and well-lit with state of the art power showers. The family bathroom offers a bathtub and the en-suite, a shower.
The spacious bedrooms are home to the most comfortable mattresses and fitted furniture, including bedside tables and wardrobes. We provide one set of linen per bed, one towel per guest and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
The property is located near plenty of shops, restaurants and local amenities, as well as being a mere 5-10min drive from Reading Town Centre and a 15-min walk from the Reading Festival grounds.

The ultra-modern kitchens are well-equipped with top of the range cooking and laundry appliances; including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, an oven, a hob, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils ready for use. We provide complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and cereals.
The bathrooms are fitted with high powered bath/shower facilities and include towels and complimentary toiletries.
