About this villa rental
This recently renovated Provencal villa with swimming pool is ideally located, between Nice and Cannes, in the sought-after neighbourhood of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The house offers a particularly pleasant living environment in a verdant retreat close to everything, and , with view of the forrest and the mountains.
Located in the village of La Colle sur Loup, all amenities are 3 minutes drive from the property: bakery, supermarkets, greengrocer, caterer, butcher, fishmonger, tobacconist, bar, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, emergencies and medical center.
It has a heated swimming pool for off-season periods, a petanque court under the trees, and a pool house offering everything you need to enjoy the barbecue days.
It only takes 10 minutes by car to reach the sea. The seaside promenade and the beaches are also accessible by bike, thanks to a bike path that takes you along the river.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa has, on the ground floor:
Day Area:
- a bright large living room fully equipped (large HD TV, internet, soundbar)
- gest toilets
- contemporary kitchen fully equipped (with all the necessary equipment to cook like a chef!) and open to the dining room
Night Area :
- 1 bedroom (160 electric bed), with toilet, double sink, bath and walk-in shower
- 1 bedroom (bed of 160) and an independent bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower
- 1 independent bedroom with sleeping area on the mezzanine (1 bed of 140) and a daybed (convertible into two places) on the ground floor, shower and toilet
- Upstairs, an office space and a sofa bed (140) for two additional people.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Private parking, air conditioning, central fireplace, swimming pool, petanque court, automatic watering of the garden, 2 dishwashers (interior and pool house), washing machine, ironing equipment, bed sheet and linen provided, hairdryer, free Wifi…. Everything is at your disposal to make your stay pleasant.
The location is ideal on the French Riviera for many excursions in the area (Saint-Paul de Vence, the old town of Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Lérins Islands, Nice, Backcountry, Monaco and Italy.). The house is close to bus stops connecting Antibes, Cannes, Sophia Antipolis, and also Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Cagnes Sur Mer, Nice...
Activities: Golf and Tennis close to the neighborhood. Thalasso, Casino and Disco, Marineland Park are 15 minutes away by car/bus
An open-air shopping mall at 5 min away, with cinema, casino, many shops and restaurants.
But also small typical markets within walking distance.
Perfect accommodation for 8 people to spend a holiday with family or friends.
Relax on the sun beds around the pool or on the large terrace and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere!
Note :
* 3 all-terrain bikes are available to cover the many kilometers of surrounding bike paths.
* The rate includes 4 hours of cleaning during your stay, every Wednesday (if you want), and 4 hours of cleaning at your departure.

A fantastic property for our party of 7. The host was really helpful and provided a comprehensive list of things to do and places to go. The layout of the house and the outside space were perfect for socialising and the views were stunning. Perfectly located to explore both coast or inland by car or train, or beautiful villages and river loop to enjoy by foot. A holiday we will remember for a long time.

We have just returned from David and Sophie’s villa after a wonderful stay. The villa is beautifully kept with a lovely open plan living area and stunning views over the mountains and hills. The pool and garden are maintained to a high standard and we had everything we needed. It is within easy reach of all our favourite places - Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Antibes, Villefranche Sur Mer, Tourettes Sur Loup and Monaco. Communication from David and Sophie was excellent and Marcel who met and showed us around the villa was lovely! If we’d had any problems, which we didn’t, he would have no doubt been very accommodating despite the language barrier which we managed to overcome! Thank you David and Sophie. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful villa in a peaceful location, while still within reach of beaches. The house was a great size for our family of four, with a large living space, tastefully furnished rooms maintained in a great condition, with all amenities you might need to make one feel at home. All rooms have A/C, which made the villa a nice retreat in the hot August weather. There is plenty of space to relax by the pool and the pool itself was a good size for swimming and splashing to cool down. David was an excellent and very friendly host and communication with him was clear and seamless. We very much appreciated and took advantage of the local restaurant recommendations. Mr. Marshall who welcomed us was an excellent guide to the property and had ensured all was in impeccable order. We would definitely recommend David's and Sophie’s villa. It was lovely to meet the family on our departure.
