We were a group of two people who were lucky enough to accompany a group of students who were attending a course at the Marinarium. We loved spending time in this nice apartment. The balcony had a great view of the sea, and the kitchen and bathroom had been redone recently, which was a big plus. It's spacious, and it's a great place to stay, even in bad weather. When the sun is shining, the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon coffee or dinner. Communication with the agency was excellent, just like always.

Had a very comfortable 2 week stay.This apartment has everything you could need and is very spacious. 5 minutes walk to bars and shops and within half an hour there are many beautiful beaches which were all pretty much deserted. Really useful to have the basement parking as general parking in Concarneau looked a bit of a nightmare. Lovely sea view but the balcony and its furniture needs a little tlc. Only other issues were extraction not working in either the loo or shower rooms (unless we couldn’t find the switch!) bit of a nuisance as there are no windows but nothing that spoilt our stay.Try le Tir Bouchon (1 min walk) for great bistro food, reasonably priced and very welcoming.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet eine sehr zentrale Lage mit einer einzigartigen und wundervollen Aussicht. Insgesamt ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen und weist einen deutlichen Renovierungsrückstand auf. Eine bei dieser Lage erforderliche Markise fehlt ganz und die zur Verfügung gestellten Sonnenschirme sind unbrauchbar und verdienen die Beteichnung "Schrott". Zwei Feldbetten mit deutlich reduziertem Schlafkomfort in einem Schlafzimmer, nicht verschliesbare Balkontüren in beiden Schlafzimmern, verfleckte Wände (Feuchtigkeit) und ein deutlicher Feuchtigkeitsgeruch in der gesamten Wohnung und in den Wandschränken gehören zu den Negativmerkmalen dieser Wohnung . Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen sehr dreckigen und ungepflegten Zustand. Die gesamte Kücheinrichtung (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe) konnte erst nach einem Spülgang in der Spülmaschine verwendet werden. Eine Endreinigung nach dem Vormieter ist offensichtlich nicht erfolgt. (Essensreste im Gefrierschrank, Tier- und/oder Tierhaare auf den Betten). Obwohl ein fester Übergabezeitpunkt vereinbart war konnte diese erst nach Abholung der Schlüssel in der Agentur erfolgen. Das war aus den zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen nicht ersichtlich. Die Übergabe bestand in der Aushändigung eines Blattes Papier. Wie die Müllentsorgung in dieser Wohnung erfolgt haben wir bis zu unserer Abreise nicht herausfinden können. Bei tollem Wetter haben wir die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen benutzt. Wer damit leben kann ist hier gut aufgehoben.
