Room 305 Review
Plus: Bed and Comforter and Pillows. The Bathroom Dual Sinks and Dual Shower Heads
The Common Area was next door to our room so we were able to use all Saturday night for a mini pizza and game party as a couple. drinks, music, netflix and the whole room with included a nice size kitchen. leather sectional and a long dinner table and balcony if needed...
kind of split in the always having to enter codes to gain access to every door but they served their purpose. and they location was in walking distance of damn near everything we needed, food, liquor, a park and a 22 minute walk to H Cues Billiards...
Another Plus: All communications between I and the hosting team through text was pleasant and understanding and they tried to accommodate and address most issues as soon as possible
Please Note: Booking Description of This Room is bogus, its an Studio not an superior apartment room. that 6000sq² ft is not legit. best bet is to book thru avantstays directly so you want be disappointed. TV pulls out and swivel
description of room. the fitted sheet was put.on inside out. girlfriend said the linen on the pull out sleeper looked unclean "we didnt use it" we just pulled it out before we left to complete the room inspection. back of the TV was so dusty and not cleaned. the layout was not the description, so the value of the space didn't match in my opinion. no blackout curtains, and the actual curtains wouldnt go up pass resting on ledge.

Only negative we encountered was the pressure of shower heads was less the desirable and a few bottles of water instead of coffee would have been amazing.

It was clean and they quickly fixed the clogged sink when I informed them.
I felt like the size and shape of the room was deceptively communicated as I thought I was getting a bigger room. The room was tiny with virtually no privacy for part of the bathroom. It was very noisy too, as I could hear the neighbors like they were right next to me.
