Хороший, приветливый, доброжелательный хозяин, быстро реагировавший на возникавшие вопросы или проблемы. Просторная, удобная, опрятная квартира в интересном доме, расположенном очень удобно по отношению к вокзалу, историческому центру города, супермаркету, остановкам общественного транспорта, рынку, парковкам, набережной, магазинам и городскому пляжу.
Дому, всё-таки, около 100 лет, и это сказывается на состоянии коммуникаций. Проблемы могут возникать, но хозяин старается их решать оперативно, вызывая, если нужно, специалистов. Небольшая проблема возникла с предоставлением полотенец, но хозяин постарался быстро её решить.

Nulla da dire all'appartamento, carino e ben dotato
Peccato per l'host perché piu volte ha fatto il furbo e proprio questa cosa non ci è andata giù. Ci ha chiesto soldi a parte per accendere il riscaldamento mentre sull'annuncio a parte nominava solo l'aria condizionata non il riscaldamento. C'è un fastidioso odore/rumore di acqua ma quelle sono cose che succedono
