The hot pools with mineral water were great, as well as the rest of the SPA facilities. They were also serviced well and regularly. The staff were nice, caring and helpful. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay.
The restaurant is small so we had to reserve a table in advance to make sure we’ll make it, however the staff were very attentive and made sure to remind us. Amazing experience, overall!

Comfortable and very clean room and bathroom.
The internet was intermittent at times, but it was at a good speed.

We chose the hotel because of the outdoor mineral pools and we were satisfied with them.
Unfortunately, the hotel's quiet policy is not enforced. The neighbors above us had children and were jumping around and making noise until 12:30 at night. If we didn't have to get up early in the morning, it might not have been a problem.
We did not get to try the breakfast, which was included in the price. We were promised that they would prepare a dry package for us in the morning, since we wanted to leave at 7:30 (breakfast starts at 8:00), but they did not keep their promise and we were left without breakfast. If they had not promised us, we would have planned a time for breakfast somewhere else.
I will not visit this hotel again if I come to ski in Bansko. Breakfast that starts at 8 is not convenient, since the lift starts at 8:00.

Cozy and warm place with amazing and very friendly staff and service. The rooms were clean, the facilities (mineral outdoor pool and spa) were excellent. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Definitely we’ll visit again! :)
