Vikendica se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, na kraju banje gde počinje borova šuma. U okolini se nalaze slične vikendice kao i gradski bazen. Vikendica ima dva odvojena dupleks apartmana koji se izdaju, iako je bilo gostiju u drugom apartmanu nije bilo bučno. Domaćin je veoma ljubazan i predusretljiv.
Nameštaj je poprilicno star, pa je samim tim i neudoban.
