Compact and cozy. Extremely pleased with host. Nice and comfortable bed. Good location.
I was expecting a little bigger room. Bathroom was extra small but have all you needs for staying. There is no enough place for seating. Only one tabure / chair.

Pre svega domacini u fenomenalni,maksimalno su nam izasli u susret. Smestaj na samom setalistu,lokacija odlicna. Zaista smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovom divnom gradu.
Jedino sto je na posednjem spratu,nema lifta,pa za nas bez kondicije malo naporno 🤣 Ostalo sve bas onako kako treba 🍀

The building is located on the main pedestrian drag of Novi Pazar. In the evenings one can observe from the balcony how locals gather at restaurants and cafes - abundant in the area - or can easily mingle with them.
Free parking at the backyard.
The location tends to be noisy due to constant traffic under one's windows.
The building is with poor design. Even if it has 6 floors, there is no elevator. The entrance and stairs are narrow and winding. Bathroom ventilation is done through the stairwell. Thus all neighbours can smell what one does in own bathroom. The bedroom does not have external windows, just a small window towards the stairwell. Through it one could easily hear and smell what the neighbours are up to.
Apparently previous visitors did not bother to adhere to place's rules and smoked heavily all over the apartment.
The kitchenette is not well equipped.
