Clover Cottage is an impressive Grade II listed cottage resting on the outskirts of Plymouth in easy reach of the amenities of Hooe in Devon. There is one king-size bedroom served by a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping a total of two guests. The cottage also hosts a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the front of the property is a designated parking space for one car as well as a waterside lawned garden with furniture, while a second garden can be accessed to the rear via the stairs. Clover Cottage is a beautiful romantic retreat, in a fabulous location from which to explore Devon's coast. Please note: This property does not allow children.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Front enclosed garden with lawn and seating overlooking the lake. Rear enclosed garden with lawn. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The cottage has steep, winding stairs and are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Note: The rear garden is accessed via the stairs.
