This quirky and charming cottage, reminiscent of a lighthouse with its narrow 2.5-meter width, offers a delightful blend of practicality and fun in the heart of Kingsand. Inside, the accommodation expands into a spacious double-depth layout featuring two double bedrooms, a twin room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and an additional shower room with WC. The interior design is bright and welcoming, with the dining area seamlessly flowing into the kitchen, which boasts a Belfast sink, integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, under-counter fridge/freezer, and a De’Longhi Bean to Cup coffee machine, making it perfect for preparing and enjoying meals.
On the lower ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a separate shower room with WC, Belfast sink, and washing machine, providing convenience and privacy. The first floor houses the twin bedroom and a generous family bathroom, offering ample space for guests. Ascending to the second floor reveals a king-size bedroom and a cozy living room with a traditional wood burner, creating an inviting atmosphere with breathtaking sea views that can be enjoyed from multiple vantage points within the property.
