A little gem in the mountain
Villa Dioni is unique in many ways, with a flat, grassy garden and a small (10m²) shallow cooling pool, making it an ideal holiday home for couples or families with young children. In this villa you will not forget those endless sunsets!
This 75m² house is laid out over two levels, and easily accommodates two to four people. The main assets of this house are its beautiful, flat grassy garden and three external seating areas, making it a wonderful place for families.
There is a shaded pergola area attached to the kitchen, which is ideal for breakfast and dinner. On the east side, there is a back yard where you can easily get some privacy, relax reading a book in a hammock or have a nap under the cool shade of the pergolas. The views of Pagasitikos and the mountains across the bay are breath-taking!
There are two entrances to the house. On the ground floor, there is a large open living space that incorporates an open plan kitchen and is has direct access to the shaded outdoor space. There is a small WC for easy access.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, one of which is the master room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds, and an en-suite WC with a shower.
The house rests on 350m² of land and it is totally independent and detached, providing ample privacy. There is a vegetable garden with organic fresh vegetables for you to pick as well as a herb garden so you can season your cooking.

Fully equipped kitchen with capacity to serve 4-6 persons. Spices, herbs and aromatic salts and peppers. Flat screen TV, DVD player, outdoor BBQ, board games and a big collection of books, toys and games for kids, beach umbrellas and seats, combination safe, dishwasher, washing machine. There is covered private parking for one car.
*Note:Expand your Occupancy! Two Families or a larger group can rent Villa Dioni & Villa Thalia so they can stay together but keep their privacy too! A small gated pathway connects the two gardens of the villas.
