Nice attention to detail to make this a pleasant environment to stay in. Everything as expected and great location for a stay in Brighton.
Couldn't open the window in the bathroom, so it got a bit steamy and the towels provided were on the small side - but would recommend staying here still.

Easy check in process, allowed us to get in a couple of hours early. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and tidy.
Lift still doesn’t work, so I’m glad we only booked the first floor apartment.

Could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty. There was laundry left in the washing machine that smelt of urine. Windows in the bedroom did not open so was stifling st night. Location was good. And all facilities needed were in the apartment.
