About this apartment rental

in our bright, tasteful and absolutely quiet apartment with a wonderful lake view and Mediterranean flair:
On the south side is the spacious, tasteful dining and living area with a natural stone terrace. From here you can let your gaze wander over our romantic garden with box trees, roses and cypresses up to Lake Constance with the unique, undeveloped lake shore opposite.
The bathroom is by Phillippe Starck 2 (Duravit) with fittings by Hans Grohe.
The romantic bedroom on the cooler side of the house with a double bed (2 mattresses) invites you to dream and sleep.
The small kitchen is perfect for conjuring up breakfast and small dishes
The apartment has a separate entrance.
A small lawn invites you to relax.
Free parking space and storage space for your bicycles directly at the house
Internet connection
Towels, bed linen and final cleaning
are of course included with us.
Tourist tax must be paid extra at the landlord.
CO² neutral house with underfloor heating and solar energy.
Free bus and train transfers on arrival or Departure.
Shopping service on the day of arrival.
We attach great importance to cleanliness, so that you feel comfortable with us from the start.
On request, we can offer you a cleaning service for € 15 / hour during your stay. Bookable on site.
Our house is located in an absolutely quiet south-facing slope, in a preferred residential area of Sipplingen, at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjacent to the nature reserve.
In just a few minutes you are at the lake with a free, newly created outdoor pool with numerous leisure options, such as B. surfing, sailing, diving, water skiing, beach ball u. V. M. and 2 restaurants right on the lake.
It is possible to charter a sailing or motor boat, or to get a sailing or motor boat license.
Also just a few minutes walk to the historic center with numerous half-timbered houses and very good infrastructure:

fresh bread, also on Sundays.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, ruhige und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung bei freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die Wohnung liegt hoch oben am Hang mit wunderschönen Garten und Blick auf den See. Die Auto-Parkverhältnisse sind etwas schwierig.

Die Fewo liegt am Hang in einer Sackgasse. Eigentümer wohnen im Haus u sind präsent. Seeblick zwischen den Häusern hindurch. Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet wie eine 'Mädchenwohnung', d.h. sehr verspielt. Etwas zum Träumen mit entsprechender Deko. Der Garten der Hausbesitzer lädt zum Betrachten ein u auch der Blick auf den Teich vor der Terrasse. Der direkt angrenzende Pool darf nicht genutzt werden. Freundliche Vermieter, klare Hausordnung. Alles vorhanden u zweckmäßig.
