The location was good, in between 2 metro station easy to get around. There are few locations near by for breakfast and a market very close to the entrance of the building.
The shower was small - not suitable for larger people. A lot of noise from outside (probably construction area near by). Difficult to get the keys to enter into the apt. Customer service was terrible as we had to leave out apartment at 11am, and as they provide you with information it says that you can leave your luggage for free at their office (address provided by them) - we traveled almost 1h to the location to find out that it is closed. We try to call several times and write them messages on booking and whatsapp - no response! Than we had to go all the way to the central station where we picked up the keys to find out that they can not keep our luggage and that we have to pay the lockers down stairs. We lost 2h with our luggage's on the hot and sweaty day! NOT COOL!!! If we knew we could just got to central station and finish in 10 min all.
