This luxurious and elegant flat has recently been renovated and is tastefully furnished. This spacious 75 sqm two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is located close to the centre of Milan, just a few steps away from the new design and fashion district Tortona. Located on the first high floor of a 1930s building, it overlooks a tree-lined avenue and a courtyard with garden, has 2 balconies and is well connected by public transport. The area is full of bars, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Flat was immaculate & comfortable. Decorated very beautifully so being inside was pleasant. Balcony off living room w table & 2 chairs lovely on a moonlit night. Bed & sofa/chairs very comfy. Two places to set up laptop & do bit of work if needed (bedroom & living room). Plenty of storage for clothing (dresser in bedroom), & plenty of table space. Host very kind & responsive. Loved neighborhood, easy walk to metro (10-15 minute), & decent food/cafes near plus grocery stores. Would go back anytime!

I cannot say enough good things about Alessandros terrific apartment. Everything one could want or need was supplied. The apartment was a lovely and comfortable place to stay for our 4 days in Milan. The decor ia tasteful and so well done. My friend and I decided that Alessandro should be an interior decorator. The tiny patio is great for coffee in the AM and wine in the PM to watch the world below go by. The location is great, 2 blocks from the tram stop that takes you to Milan center and the Duomo. Alessandro was patient, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions on arrival and provided valuable information. He also allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment on our last day as we had a late flight. In summary we could not have been happier with our choice of the property. This apartment is an excellent choice for a stay in Milan.
