Location , extremely well equipped.. it is a bright newly renovated unit which offers a lovely view and very close to the old town ( just walk across the pedestrian bridge ) with all the convenience but not being directly in the old town ( which has limited vehicular access ) . It was a quiet complex. Great communication from the owner with lots of suggestions for what to do in Zadar whilst there
The outside of the unit building was not appealing … but the beauty of the unit once inside and the great communication from the owner quickly balanced out any negativity in this regard

This property was beautifully updated and the view was amazing. Everything was there that was needed and the location was great. It was right near the walking bridge to old town. Owner sent tons of recommendations. We had drinks at Orgulje bar by the Sea Organ and dinner at Antiquus which were both fabulous. Only stayed two nights but would have definitely stayed longer if time permitted. Would highly recommend this property.

Location is amazing, right next to the foot bridge to old town of Zadar which is really beautiful. Apartment is very nice inside, clean, complete, anything one can wish for!
Upon arriving we had a shock as the environment is old, dirty and seems unsafe. The entry, hall, stairs and elevators our old, worn and give you an "uh oh"-feeling. But upon stepping over the threshhold of the apartment all of this clears out!
