Location was good, on the promenade.
Room was beautiful and well maintained and presented. Bathroom also very nice.
Breakfast was ample and fresh.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was tiny. Definitely not 161sqm as claimed, measured it crudely and probably around 100sqm.
No View from room, view was over another roof, obviously other rooms have better views.

It is in very central location. Everything that you need is nearby. Small shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, small hospital etc.. Breakfast was quite nice one. People were really friendly and helpful.
I stayed in room 5, to be honest it was a little bit small and there was no bedside lamp in the room. These were the only small issues. I couldn't find empty deluxe room during my stay. Next time if I go Foca, I would like to definitely try the deluxe room.
